Drouin West Primary School has partnered with ‘TheirCare’ to provides before school care, from 7.00am – 8.45am, and after school care, from 3.15pm – 6.00pm, Monday to Friday, as well as School Holiday care. OSHC operates from the Multipurpose room in the Main Building.

Our OSHC Program is delivered by qualified instructors, through TheirCare. We endeavour to provide the highest quality care in a safe, enjoyable, stimulating and caring environment. Our OSHC Program includes a wide variety of activities that are thoroughly prepared and implemented to meet our children’s social, emotional, intellectual and physical needs.
TheirCare is registered with the National Care Accreditation Council to participate in Outside School Hours Care Quality Assurance. TheirCare manages the booking and accounting systems. Bookings can be made and managed online – TheirCare.
Please note that payment is through a Direct Debit System, making the whole payment process much easier for parents/carers. In order for parents to receive the Childcare Scheme (means tested) through the Government, parents must register through Centrelink that their child(ren) will be attending an Out of School Hours Care Program.
